Yesterday was a near big-hit when it comes to our tips - as both the underdog Sonego and Etcheverry got over the line in their respective matches, but Korda dropped a set meaning we fell just short. Nonetheless, some good profit if you took any of the bets as singles or in other combinations. Today we look again at the action in Athens and Metz and look to take advantage of the value on offer.
COMBINED MULTI/ACCUMULATOR @ 6.22
Yannick Hanfmann 2-0 Set Betting @ 1.90
Daniel Altmaier to WIN @ 2.00
Brandon Nakashima to WIN @ 1.61
YANICK HANFMANN 2-0 SET BETTING vs VIT KOPRIVA (@1.90 - ATP Athens)

Starting out here by taking the big-serving German in Yanick Hanfmann to win a comfortable straight sets encounter against Vit Kopriva. It's no secret that Kopriva really only has success when playing on the orange European clay, and this couldn't be much further from that. The courts here in Athens are playing fast, and the pace of ball that Hanfmann strikes will likely yield a large number of errors from the extreme forehand grip that Kopriva uses. These conditions favour flatter ballstrikers, and only one man on this court here has such weaponry.
Some credit must be given to Kopriva however on his opening round success against Opelka - a player who should dominate this matchup in these conditions. This being said, Opelka is returning from injury, and Kopriva remains just 2 wins from his last 5 matches. Hanfmann is riding a 3 match win streak currently including wins over Molcan, Ivanov and Klein; albeit three opposition he would be expected to beat, but wins nonetheless.
Overall we can back Hanfmann to come out on top here comfortably given both the matchup and form edges that he holds.
DANIEL ALTMAIER to beat HUGO GASTON (@2.00 - ATP Metz)

What's that old saying - "never bet against a Frenchman in France"... Well, we're going against that today. We've got an in-form Gaston having come off the back of a challenger success last week taking on Altmaier who's similarly in great form beating Ruud last week in Paris and already taking down the home favourite Rinderknech in his opening round.
This underdog selection relies on matchup however; and Altmaier is a huge ballstriker from the backhand wing which will bode exceptionally well against the loopy left-handed forehand of Gaston. Altmaier will get plenty of chances on this wing to flatten out and change direction and given the pace of the indoor-court this week in Metz that could be incredibly hard to overlook.
Gaston has a great aptitude for changing the depth in rallies, using angles and drop-shots to move his opposition around - but given the athleticism of Altmaier and the court presence he's likely to take, this shouldn't become too much of a relevant feature.
Providing Altmaier can block out the noise of the home crowd, he'll get this win at a great price.
BRANDON NAKASHIMA to beat MARCOS GIRON (@1.61 - ATP Athens)

Finishing off this multi today with an all-American affair between Nakashima and Giron.
There's less to be said about this one, as both players hold fairly similar gamestyles. Both will look to keep the error counts exceptionally tight, and both will look to counter-punch when the opportunity presents.
This being said, Nakashima is the marginally more aggressive player and holds a much more potent first-serve than Giron, and this will lend him a huge edge overall to finding success behind his own delivery, but bringing break opportunities against Giron.
Providing Nakashima can take his opportunities when they come, this is actually a fantastic price.
